At TheIyerPaati.com, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted products to you in the freshest condition and shortest time possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how your orders are packed, shipped, and delivered.

  1. Shipping Regions

    • We currently ship within India only.
    • We are working on enabling international shipping and expect to offer it in the near future.
    • Shipping is available across all serviceable PIN codes in India, subject to courier availability and regional regulations.
  2. Shipping Partners

    1. We work with a trusted network of logistics providers to ensure safe and prompt delivery:
    2. Primary Partners: Delhivery, India Post
    3. Logistics Aggregators: Shiprocket, Shipway
    4. Your order may be shipped using any of these partners, based on availability and your delivery location.
  3. Order Processing Time

    1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–2 working days from the date of order.
    2. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are excluded from processing and shipping timelines.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time

    1. Domestic Deliveries (India): Usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and external conditions like weather or regional transport restrictions.
    2. International Deliveries: Not currently available. Once launched, estimated delivery time will be up to 21 days.
  5. Shipping Charges

    1. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹799 (within India).
    2. For orders below ₹799, standard shipping charges will be applied based on the delivery location and weight of the order. Charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
  6. Order Tracking

    1. Once your order is shipped:
      1. A tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via email or SMS.
      2. You can track your order using the provided link on the respective courier partner’s website.
  7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

    1. If your order appears damaged upon delivery, we request you to:
    2. Take a photo of the package before opening it.
    3. Share the image with us at care@theiyerpaati.com along with your order number.
    4. Replacements are offered for verified damaged items. Each case is evaluated individually.
    5. Delayed shipments will be addressed case-by-case. We will work with the logistics partners to expedite resolution.
  8. Returns & Exchanges

    1. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy which is available separately.
    2. If a return is approved, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
