Returns
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or let us know if you would like it in an alternate way.
You will be refunded in 2-7 working days on the original mode of payment, however please note that refund is dependent on factors such as bank policies as well as payment gateway processing.
Shipping - Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. The duration for shipping is 0-2 working days subject to the volume of shipment orders.
Delivery - We engage industry standard delivery partners to ensure you get the products delivered promptly within the scheduleed the delivery timeline and also to ensure the product delivered is in a good condition. The duration for delivey is 2-7 working days subject to the delivery and regulatory conditions.
Domestic Shipping
We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. In India we partner with reputed national couriers. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm. Our standard shipping rates apply which begin from Rs 75 to 200 depending upon the volumetric weight the courier companies charge us.
- All orders placed on The Iyer Paati website are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, DTDC, eKrt, Ship rocket for local city deliveries.
- The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided when your order ships.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Due to the unforeseen circumstances, there may be some logistical issues that our courier partners are facing which sometimes delay your package. Also, at times deliveries are not in our control in the event of unexpected delays due to extreme weather conditions or disturbances in the city.
- As soon as your package ships, the tracking information will be sent to you.
- If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please ensure that you are accessible in the contact number provided during checkout. Our courier partner will attempt to reach out to you while delivering your package safely to you.
- When you send a gift to your dear one, please inform the gift recipient that they should expect a package from you. If they refuse thinking it is an error, we will be unable to deliver your gift.
