Ingredients

  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 1 cup, crumbled
  • Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Bread Slices – 6 (white or brown)
  • Butter – 1 tbsp (for roasting)
  • Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup – 2-3 tsp (optional, for spreading)
